These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to any order placed and any reservation made through the site lenvol.mu with the company LEMAJU LTD, operating the restaurant L'Envol Pizza.

2. Purpose

These Terms govern takeaway orders and table reservations placed through lenvol.mu. No payment is requested on the site: all payments are made on site at the time of pickup or consumption.

3. Takeaway orders

3.1 Placing an order

The customer selects products, chooses a pickup date and time slot, and submits the order. A confirmation is displayed on screen along with a WhatsApp link to finalize the exchange with the restaurant.

3.2 Confirmation by the restaurant

The restaurant confirms the order as soon as possible. If the order cannot be honored (out of stock, production capacity reached), the restaurant will inform the customer by phone or WhatsApp.

3.3 Payment

Payment is made exclusively on site at the time of pickup, by the means accepted by the restaurant (cash, card). No banking information is requested or stored by the site.

3.4 Pickup

The customer must arrive at the restaurant at the agreed pickup time. A 15-minute tolerance is granted. In case of significant delay without notice, the restaurant reserves the right to redistribute or cancel the order.

3.5 Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order free of charge by contacting the restaurant by phone or WhatsApp at least 1 hour before the pickup time slot. As no amount is paid at the time of order, no refund applies.

4. Reservations

4.1 Reservation request

The reservation request is recorded online. The table is only definitively reserved after confirmation by the restaurant (by phone, WhatsApp or direct feedback).

4.2 Cancellation and no-show

No cancellation fee applies. However, the customer is kindly asked to notify the restaurant in case of unavailability. A table unoccupied 15 minutes after the reservation time may be released.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on the site are in Mauritian rupees (Rs), all taxes included. The restaurant reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applied to an order is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.

6. Products — information & allergens

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. For any question regarding allergens (gluten, lactose, nuts, seafood, etc.), the customer is invited to contact the restaurant before placing an order. The restaurant cannot be held responsible for intolerance or allergy not previously reported.

7. Liability

The restaurant cannot be held responsible for:

  • Temporary unavailability of the site
  • Delay or failure to pick up due to the customer
  • Intolerance or allergy not previously reported
  • Any non-compliant use of the site

8. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to Mauritian law. Any dispute relating to their performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
